Scaffolding wheels
The scaffolding wheels are, as the name suggests, specially developed for moving scaffolding. Scaffolding wheels are always provided with a robust construction and an important safety aspect: the variable swivel angle. By means of a siphon mechanism, the wheel can be placed from its normal function as a swivel wheel in a position perpendicular below the turntable and therefore also perpendicularly under the scaffold leg. This position, in combination with the locking of both wheel and turntable, guarantees great stability of the whole. Naturally, all these products meet the standard requirements according to DIN 4422 and HD 1004.
The 60 series scaffolding wheels are made of polyamide 6 and provided with a red sprayed polyurethane, hardness 55 Shore D, tread. This scaffolding wheel has a low rolling resistance and is wear-resistant. It is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. The plate, fork and ball shell are made of pressed, galvanized steel. The heavy "P" clevises have a variable swing angle.
