3. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply if you buy or have purchased something from us. In the other cases it does not apply. We do our best to bring these terms and conditions to your attention. If this is not successful, please let us know and we will send it to you free of charge as soon as possible.

4. Offer

The offer on our webshop clearly shows how and when you can buy something. If there is an error on the product page, you can hold us to that. Unless the mistake is clearly a blunder and you could have known that in advance.

5. The agreement

  1. We do our best every day to ensure that we have a safe web environment. So you can shop with us with peace of mind.
  2. When you order something from us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

6. Right of withdrawal

  1. Still not satisfied with the product? Then you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. We will send you a new product or you will receive your payment back within 5 working days.
  2. We would like to hear the reason, but we don't make things difficult without a reason.

7. Expectations during the reflection period

  1. Please handle the product with care during the cooling-off period. Unpack it and inspect it to make sure it fits. The basic principle here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a store.
  2. Only complete, unused and undamaged products can be returned.

8. After returning

Have you indicated within 30 days that you want to return your order?

1. We will receive the package and confirm receipt.
2. We will send a new product or you will receive your payment back within 5 working days.

9. Returns

If you want to return a product, fill in the return form and add it to the product(s) you want to return. Then you send it to us and we will process the return.

10. Prices

  1. All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT.
  2. The shipping costs depend on the destination country and the shipping method. The options are shown during checkout. You can also choose to collect the products from us.

11. Fulfillment of agreement and warranty

  1. We do what we promise and always try to be clear.
  2. We guarantee that the products meet the specifications shown.
  3. You are entitled to a good product. If there is something wrong with it, we will of course try to solve it immediately. We always follow the law.

12. Delivery and execution

  1. We always try to do everything we can to process and deliver your order as well and as quickly as possible.
  2. If you order before 3 p.m. and the products are in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Even if you order a little later, we always do our best to ship your order the same day, but unfortunately we can no longer guarantee it.
  3. If your order is damaged or lost during transport, this is our fault. We will solve this for you as soon as possible.

13. Payment

  1. If we ask you to pay an amount in advance, we will start working on your order immediately after we have received the amount.
  2. Is something wrong with your payment details? Let us know.

14. Complaints

  1. Do you have a complaint? We find that very annoying. When you make the complaint known to us, we will immediately get to work to resolve it as quickly and as effectively as possible.
  2. Let us know quickly if you have a complaint and describe the problem as clearly as possible. That way we can help you best.
  3. You will receive an answer from us within 2 working days. If possible we will solve it right away and otherwise you will hear how much time we need to solve it.
