Ordering and Payment
Placing an order
You can easily place an order at Neita in the online shop. This can be done in 5 straightforward steps:
1. Search products
Find the products you need in our webshop, select the quantity you want to order and place them in your shopping basket with the green button. You can now continue shopping and look for more products, or proceed to checkout.
2. Login or order as guest
Is your order complete? Click on the shopping cart and then on 'Checkout'. You can immediately log in with your account. You don't have an account yet? You can create an account right away.
Would you prefer to pay as a guest and don't want to create an account? No problem. That's also possible. After you have completed your order, you still have the option to create an account.
3. Your details
Choose whether you order as a private person or as a company. Fill in the details needed to deliver your order to the correct address and click the green button to continue.
You can choose to have your order delivered or picked up at our warehouse. When you choose to pick it up at our warehouse it's always free.
4. Pay
Check your order carefully one more time and be sure that the products you ordered are in stock in our webshop. Before you place your order, we will carry out one more direct check on our stock system to see if the products you have ordered are in stock. If not, you will receive a message, and if so, you can continue with your order.
Select the way you want to pay and click the green button 'Complete order'.
5. Done!
Thanks! Your order has been placed and will be received by our logistics department immediately. You can now sit back and wait until we have packed your order. We'll get your order ready for shipment, or you'll be notified that your order is ready for pickup.
