Industrial wheels for medium duty applications are suitable for a load capacity of less than 1,200 daN, manual drive, and temperatures between -30°C to 80°C.
The series 60 industrial wheels are suitable for medium duty applications on a flat and dry environment. In combination with stainless steel wheel brackets, these wheels are also suitable in a damp environment. The core of the wheel is made of polyamide 6 and fitted with an injected polyurethane, hardness 66 Shore D, tread. The wheels are resistant to weather influences. The wheels are suitable for continuous use with medium loads as well as for prolonged standstill. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The ball bearing variant is suitable for manual and mechanical traction up to a speed of 6 km/h. The wheels have a low rolling resistance and are relatively insensitive to damage. At the same time, they are wear-resistant. Suitable applications are vehicles and machines in an industrial environment, as well as in the food processing and chemical industry.
Order series 60 industrial wheels
The series 61 industrial wheels are suitable for light to medium duty applications on relatively flat and dry surfaces. In combination with the stainless steel wheel brackets, the wheels are also suitable for use in a permanently damp or wet environment. The core of the wheel is made of polyamide 6 and fitted with an injected polyurethane, hardness 85 Shore A, tread that is elastic, wear-resistant and non-marking. The wheels are resistant to weather influences and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The ball bearing variant is suitable for manual and mechanical traction up to a speed of 6 km/h. In addition to use in an industrial environment, these wheels are also suitable for the food processing industry and chemical industry.
Order series 61 industrial wheels
The Series 68 industrial wheels are suitable for medium to heavy duty applications on hard, flat and dry surfaces. In combination with the stainless steel wheel brackets, the wheels are also suitable in a damp environment. The wheels are made of white polyamide 6 with a hardness of 70 Shore D. Due to the very low rolling resistance, even heavier loads can be moved with relatively little effort. The wheels can withstand weather influences and are for both indoor and outdoor use. The wheels are mainly suitable for applications that are usually stationary, but have to be moved for cleaning, for example. The 60 series wheels are less suitable for weak acids and unsuitable for strong acids. However, the series 68p variant is suitable for weak acids and is also somewhat more resistant to strong acids.

The series 73 industrial wheels are suitable for lighter to medium duty applications on both flat and uneven surfaces, and for use in a dry or non-permanently humid environment. The wheels are for both indoor and outdoor use. The core of these wheels is made of polyamide 6 and fitted with a blue, elastically vulcanised, non-marking "Sigma" elastic rubber, hardness 70 Shore A, tread. This makes the wheels highly resistant to damage, they are vibration-damping and wear-resistant. The elastic, non-marking surface also makes them suitable for use on sensitive surfaces, such as ceramic tiles, tarpaulin and wood. Applications for these wheels are luggage trolleys, trolleys in an industrial environment, hand pallet trucks and flight cases.
