Package damaged or incomplete

We pack our products as thoroughly as possible to prevent damage. Unfortunately, in an exceptional case the delivery process may cause damage. Obviously this is not the intention. We are happy to solve it for you!

Please return your product within 14 days after you received it, or bring your product back to our warehouse. Please indicate clearly that the product was delivered damaged and let us know what your desired solution is.

Received incomplete order

Is the product you received incomplete?

That's a bummer, but don't worry, we have a simple solution for you.

Exchanging the product: you can exchange an incomplete product. We will send you the complete product immediately, after we have received your return package from you.

Subsequent delivery: in many cases we can simply re-supply the missing part. Please contact our customer service, we will be happy to help you.

Are not all the products you ordered in the package?

It is possible that your order is spread over several packages. This may be due to the size of your order, or because another product was out of stock. If your order consists of several packages and you have received the confirmation that your entire order has been shipped, you can find the number of packages of your order in the track & trace.

When a product was out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as we have received it back in our warehouse.
