Delivery options
Corona measures: It is again possible to pick up goods ordered from the webshop at Ambachtsweg 18 in Utrecht. If you have chosen to pick up your order in the webshop, please wait until you receive an email from us that your order is ready. Cash payments are not possible because of the safety of our own employees and yours.
During the checkout process you can choose your delivery options. If your order amounts to €50 or more and is shipped within the Netherlands or Belgium, the shipping costs are free.
Don't you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? No problem at all. At the moment we ship to many European countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, England, Germany and France.
You can choose from different options to receive your order:
Pick up: After you have received an email from us that your order is ready, you can pick it up on working days between 08.30 - 17.00 at the Ambachtsweg 18 in Utrecht.
DHL for You: A delivery service provided by DHL for consumers whereby your order is delivered on working days, in the evening or on Saturday. A signature is not required for this delivery option.
DHL Europlus: A delivery service from DHL for businesses, with delivery between 08.00 - 17.00 on business days. A signature is required for this delivery option.
If you order before 15:00 on a workday, in most cases, and if your order is in stock, we can ship it the same day.
