How can I exchange the products?

You can exchange your product within 14 days after you have received your order. You can do this by returning your order or dropping it off at our warehouse.

This is how you return a product:

1. You can register your return using the online return form or come to our warehouse with your order.
2. Place your order back in the original shipping box and include the completed return form. Seal the packaging securely and write down our return address.
3. Deliver your package to the nearest post office. The return costs are for yourself and must be paid at the counter of the post office.
4. When we have received your return package, we will check the contents, and if we find no defects in your order, the money will be back in your account within 14 days.

You can place a new order at any time. This way you don't have to wait until your product is returned and you can order the products immediately.
