Thrust bearings
A thrust bearing is designed to absorb axial forces acting in the longitudinal direction of the shaft. Thrust bearings are available in the form of thrust bearings, collar bearings and thrust bearings. A pivot bearing is placed on the end of a shaft. A collar bearing is correctly placed on a continuous shaft.
