Miniature bearings
The miniature bearings are used in many industrial applications, such as in the medical and food industries. The comprehensive range of miniature bearings includes chrome steel (SAE52100) and stainless steel (AISI440C) bearings, in both metric and inch dimensions, and is available in open, ZZ (dust plate) and 2RS (splash proof) versions. In addition, almost all types are also available with a flange.
We use the precision class for high-quality and the standard class for simple applications. In larger quantities, the bearings for special applications can also be supplied with, among other things:
- a plastic cage, such as delrin or phenolic
- non-contact and special seals, such as Teflon or Viton
- ceramic balls
- extended inner ring
- different types of fat, or an adjusted amount of fat
